Maya Tosses 6-0 Shutout Friday, August 29th , 2003 Michael Maya handcuffed the Arlington Stars at Houston Park today, coming away with a 7-hit, complete game shutout. "I had everything working for me out there," the Houston Apollos right-hander said later. "I used every one of my pitches, hit both sides of the plate really well and felt like I could do whatever I wanted." With his stuff working, Maya had little trouble with the Stars and led the Apollos to victory, 6-0. He recorded 3 strikeouts and no walks in an impressive performance.
