Saskatoon-Hamilton Announce Deal Thursday, September 4th , 2003 Today at a press conference the Saskatoon Moose announced a trade has been completed with the Hamilton Tigers. The Moose have shipped 20-year old minor league 3B Chris Tinkham, 19-year old minor league CF Danny Sakurai, and 19-year old minor league C Albert Orozco to the Tigers for 35-year old RHP Paul Fette. Hamilton will retain a portion of Fette's remaining contract. This season Fette has crafted a 2-5 mark with a 5.42 ERA in 76.1 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .304 against him and he has 68 strikeouts. |
