Albarran, Jang Swap Teams Wednesday, September 3rd , 2003 BNN has learned the Allentown Fleetwings have reportedly worked out a deal with the Calgary Caracals. Sources close to the Fleetwings indicated that a trade has been reached in principle where 35-year old RHP Min-soo Jang will be swapped to Allentown with 24-year old minor league RHP Gerardo Albarran and 19-year old minor league LHP Ricky Rojas heading to Calgary. Neither organization would comment on the report, saying it was club policy not to speak about a trade until it was finalized. During this season he has made 21 relief appearances, earning a 4-0 record with 2 saves. In 61.2 innings Jang has struck out 71 with a 1.90 ERA. |
