Calgary, Edmonton in Talks Sunday, August 31st , 2003 Sources say that while the Calgary Caracals may have initiated talks, they're currently holding up negotiations with the Edmonton Drillers. Still some conflicting reports about which players are being discussed, but Calgary is hesitating on completing the deal, feeling that "they're not getting enough back." Calgary has a 28-40 record through 68 games. Edmonton sits at 34-34. |
