Moose Get One-Run Win at Hamilton
The Hamilton Tigers got a superb performance from pitcher Jonathon Kays. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Saskatoon. The Moose won the game, 2-1. Kays threw 8.0 innings of 3-hit ball. Saskatoon pitcher Brian Aderholt got the win, upping his record to 1-1. Jonathon Kays got the loss. Ryan Robinson was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 20 of 26 save opportunities.

It could have been a different outcome for Saskatoon, had it not been for Aaron Henke, the 32-year old left fielder . Henke contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the seventh inning to put Saskatoon up, 2-0.

"If you ever get this game figured out," said Hamilton manager Tom Kern, "let me know."

With the victory, the Moose upped their record to 41-28.
