Walton, who is tied for 4th in the SPBC in doubles with 11, went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Tristan Parker picked up the save for Ottawa, his 4th of the year. The Capitals go to 17-12, putting them first in the East Division.

Ottawa took a 2-0 lead on Walton's 2nd home run of the season. The solo home run, which he hit off J.R. Lane in the top of the sixth, propelled Ottawa to the win.
