Monday, October 21st , 2002
Wherever Josh Glaser signs on next year, the center fielder will be hauling home a good paycheck after the impressive season he just wrapped up. Glaser received word of his Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit Most Valuable Player Award selection earlier today. That should make him a valuable commodity for next year.

In 2002 he boasted a .354 average and a .434 on-base percentage as he piled up 109 hits, 20 doubles, 2 triples, 23 home runs, 76 RBIs and 60 runs scored.

He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Ray Foster of the Calgary Caracals finished second in voting, while Isaiah Dixon of the Hamilton Tigers finished third.
