The Albany Senators pitcher went the distance, rang up 6 strikeouts, walked 0 and held the Fleetwings to 6 hits to garner the win. "He just had us in his thrall," Allentown manager Craig McCain said later. "We couldn't put anything together against him." In 16 starts this season Miller has crafted a 4-7 record with a 3.57 ERA.
