Rule 5 Gives Prospects Another Look Wednesday, December 25th , 2002 Today, teams will again participate in the Rule 5 draft, sifting through talents that may otherwise have little or no opportunity to play. Chosen candidates must be kept on the active roster all season or be offered back to their original teams. Uncertainty is coupled with the hopes of making a difference in expanded roles in Professional Baseball Circuit. |
