Knights Stumble, Lose to Cutthroats
Denver starter David Enger pitched well against the Los Angeles Knights at Cutter's Cove. The right-hander led his team to a win, 8-4. The Knights, now 4-10, continue their poor start.

Gary Scala aided the Denver cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the second. For the game, the catcher went 1 for 4.

"I just tried to attack the bottom of the zone," Enger said.
