Tucker, Blackhawks Wallop Lions in Game 3 of CQ
The Chicago Blackhawks moved to within one game of the Pro Circuit Cup today, downing the visiting St. Louis Lions at Trident Field by a score of 9-1. Blackhawks left fielder Steve Tucker did some major damage. He belted 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. The win gives the Blackhawks a 2-1 advantage in the best-of-5 Cup Qualifier.

In the bottom of the first, Tucker had one of his most important at-bats: a 3-run home run off Kevin Williams that staked the Blackhawks to a 3-0 lead.

"Postseason wins taste oh so sweet," said Tucker after the game.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Trident Field in Chicago.
