Shamrocks Top Keystones to Even Record

The Boston Shamrocks racked up a win at Shamrocks Ballpark, bumping off the Philadelphia Keystones, 5-3. Miguel Miron, who started for Boston, pitched effectively for his team. Mel Palma locked down his 1st save. The win puts Boston at 15-15 this season.
The Shamrocks got a big at-bat from right fielder Dan Stricklin. For the game, Stricklin went 1-3 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the first, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season gave Boston a 3-0 lead.
"Miguel just went about his business, throwing strikes," said Boston manager Chris Ragan.
