Bassett Earns PBC Player of the Week Monday, August 27th , 2001 Bryan Bassett went on a hitting spree last week against Professional Baseball Circuit pitchers and today copped the Player of the Week Award. The Philadelphia Keystones right fielder peppered the opposition with 7 hits in 20 at-bats, 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and 4 runs scored. In the last 5 games he hit .350 with an on-base percentage of .435. On the year Bassett has hit .249 with 12 home runs, 39 RBIs and scored 30 runs. |
