Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win for Blues
Ricky Wilson pitched well enough to win, but it was not to be. The St. Louis Lions, despite Wilson's fine outing, dropped a 1-0 decision to the New York City Blues at Blues Field. Luis Perez, credited with the win, is now 3-1. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 3 innings. The Blues sit in 4th place in the East Division with a record of 26-26.

The Blues procured the win, in large part because of left fielder Adam Torgerson. In the bottom of the 11th, he produced the game-winning run-scoring double.

"It's a satisfying feeling, to win like we did," said Torgerson.
